DORA GARCÍA

Michel Rein is pleased to share the participation of Dora García in Neon Parallax, a public art project presented in Geneva by the Municipal Contemporary Art Fund (FMAC) and the Cantonal Contemporary Art Fund (FCAC).

Since 2006, Neon Parallax has brought together neon installations by Swiss and international artists installed on the rooftops surrounding the Plaine de Plainpalais. Visible in the urban landscape, the works transform the visual language of illuminated signage into artistic statements that engage with the city at night.

For this new phase of the project, Dora García presents Il y a un trou dans le réel., a luminous text installation that activates the skyline of Plainpalais and continues the project's dialogue between language, light and public space.
